ACE Pricing & Subscription
ACE Wizard Pricing Options for Energy Assessors, Assessment Firms & F-Gas Log book Users.
If you are carrying out your own assessments either as a Sub-Contractor to a firm who use ACE, as a sub-contractor who doesn't use ACE or for your own assessment firm. You will be able to sign up to one of 3 options.
ACE-01 Subscription (replacement to ACE Pay-Per-Project) - £10 a month, you can cancel and resubscribe as an when you require. After the access payment, you pay £5.00 for the first report/project created in the billing period and £15.00 for each additional report/project created in the same billing period.
ACE-03 Subscription - £30 per month and includes the first 3 projects/reports created in ACE each month, additional projects are charged at £12.00. Included in this package is ACE optimisation training for level 3 & level 4 assessments, CPD courses (if available), unlimited Child Assessment Firms, Access to ACE AC Database & ACCEE & Ongoing ACE Wizard support.
ACE-20 Subscription - £200 per month and includes the first 20 projects/reports created in ACE each month, additional projects are charged at £10.00. all other benefits are the same as ACE-03
All of the above packages includes access to our new on site ACE APP
ACE Wizard AC Database Access - £10 (Plus VAT) per month or £100 (Plus VAT) for the full year gives access to the ACE Air Conditioning System database with cooling & heating energy data for over 78,000 systems & associated AC Energy Calculators and is licensed per Assessor.
For Building Owners & Air Conditioning Maintenance Firms
ACE-FGAS - The ACE FGAS logbook & HVAC Asset system allows building owners and maintenance firms to create and maintain an online F-Gas logbook and Maintenance records system for HVAC assets. The records can be maintained through the ACE Client/Maintenance user roles, recording system level F-Gas leak tests and maintenance visits for AC and non-AC systems alike. - £60 per annum (up to 10 buildings, unlimited users) + £3 per additional building.
