Updated User Account Structure & Subscription model

Over the last few months since releasing the ACE Wizard APP, we have been updating the user account structure to simplify the account management environment for existing users. We are also implementing an automated sign-up and billing system. This will allow new user to sign up directly through ACE plus give existing users the flexibility to amend their subscription at any time to get better value out of the subscription model. 

How will this impact you?

From a pricing perspective - 

• ACE-03 - No change
• ACE-20 - No change
• ACE-10 - The legacy package ACE-10 which includes the first 10 projects in a month will be retired at the end of August. Any Assessment Firm on the ACE10 package will be moved to the ACE-20 from the 1st of September 2026. The ACE20 is £200 per month and includes the first 20 projects (£10 per additional project), the ACE-10 was £90 per month and included the first 10 projects (£10 per additional project)
• Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) - PAYG Go will be replaced with the ACE-01, ACE-01 attracts a £10 monthly fee, the first project created in a month will cost just £5.00, with any additional projects costing the same as the current price (£15.00 per project). You will be able to cancel your subscription at any time so if you do not need to access ACE for a few months until your next assessment you can cancel and will only need to pay again the next time you sign in.
• ACE-Search - The ACE Database search user will see a small price increase to £10 per month.
• SUB-CONTRACTOR ONLY - If you only use ACE to produce reports for another assessment firm and any projects/reports you create in ACE are paid for by the other assessment firms you work for, you will have to sign up to the ACE-01. The ACE-01 has a monthly access fee of £10 a month which you will be able to cancel at any time, so if you do not need to access ACE for a few months, you do not need to stay subscribed.

From a login and user perspective

• If you are producing assessments for your assessment firm for a linked/child assessment firm only - No Change
• If you are producing assessments for your own assessment firm and as a sub-contractor to other assessment firms which are not linked to your assessment firm account) - Many of our ACE-03 subscribers fit in to this category and today have to have two ACE User Accounts. One account as an 'Admin' account to manage and produce reports for their own assessment firm and any linked/child assessments firms, and the other account which only allows the user to produce reports with. Once live, you will only have need to have one account and the two existing accounts will be merged. You will log in with the account you use most frequently (typically the Sub-Contractor User account).
• Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Now ACE-01 - The first time you log in when we go live, you will be asked to set up a billing profile and be able to choose which ACE Package you want to subscribe to ACE-01, ACE-03 or ACE-20
• SUB-CONTRACTOR ONLY User - See PAYG above
• ACE-Search - The first time you log in when we go live, you will be asked to set up a billing profile and select the ACE-Search Package, you will also have the option to change this to one of the Assessment accounts (ACE01, ACE03 or ACE20)

Do I have to move to the automated billing system?

• ACE-03 & ACE-20 - No, you can stay on the existing billing system although you will have more flexibility to manage and control your account if you do move to the automated system. We will be sending out emails over the coming months with instructions on how to move to the automated billing system.
• PAYG, SUB-CON ONLY & ACE-Search users - Yes, you will be automatically moved to the new billing system when you first log in post go live.
